All classes are continuous. Meaning that if a class schedule fits your schedule then your 6 weeks of classes start when you are available to start. We mix novice and intermediate students together to create a more dynamic environment. Instruction is done by John Johnson, owner of Mud Bucket Pottery and/or Shirley Batten, Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) student at Coastal Carolina University.

The minimum number of students required to start a new class time slot is 3. Cost is $200 and includes 25 pounds of clay, all glazes and firings. Time can be spent working on the wheel, slab-roller and extruder. You do not need to stick to just 1 forming method.
